My son has been attending for almost 2 years and I have been very happy since the new management have started. They have recognized it has taken time to get qualified staff and consistency but since the new director and assistant director, communication is great, teachers are consistent, and my child is very happy there.

As a family using this facility for over a year we have seen the amazing growth of the new directors and assistant director and the staff they have hired to create a place for our child to thrive in. All new places go through growing pains, and we have seen these professionals work tirelessly to create a positive place for their little learners. My experience as a child care provider at this orphanage type facility brought me to tears. First day at this location as a substitute. -Infant room very small , babies left to cry , babies being fed in a group fashion…. . Babies eating off the floor and the Director Tracy Brown with her arm in a sling sitting on the floor -feeding a bottle to a very young infant flat on his / her back a bottle. Very difficult to maneuver in the small room with food all over the floor , a baby then suffered a blow to the forehead by a chair.... read more

Horrible classroom supervision and lack of accountability. My 2 year old was bitten on his arm and scratched in his face multiple times by another child and the response was always that the teacher was busy with other kid or the kids were simply playing and the scratches were an accident. The Last straw was when they claimed my son scratched himself all the way from his hairline to the tip of his nose.
