Terrible contract with no option for early termination. There’s an option to sublet or they say replace you, however you’re still held liable for the remainder of the lease. Really one sided. Also not being allowed to wear sun block at the pool??? What kind of rule is this are you a fan of skin cancer? This place has all kinds of weird rules and not to mention really sub par construction. Safe and quiet location, close to multiple grocery stores (Walmart, Aldi, Food City) These are cute townhomes! Management was always kind to us. Would absolutely recommend
