I think the apartments are more than fair on price. The management, from the manager to the landscaping crew is top notch. I have lived here for a few years and I am more than happy. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and thoroughly. I will suggest this place to other friends/family.
Terrible contract with no option for early termination. There’s an option to sublet or they say replace you, however you’re still held liable for the remainder of the lease. Really one sided. Also not being allowed to wear sun block at the pool??? What kind of rule is this are you a fan of skin cancer? This place has all kinds of weird rules and not to mention really sub par construction.
