The doctors are great, my entire family sees Dr. Fruchtman who is wonderful. However the reception and front desk staff is just horrendous. Unbelievably rude, especially a woman named Jen (wouldn’t give her full name when I asked). Never experienced rudeness like this before and for what? I bought $800 paid of glasses and my son ordered his contacts, I was busy at work so couldn’t pick them up earlier.
