The doctors are great, my entire family sees Dr. Fruchtman who is wonderful. However the reception and front desk staff is just horrendous. Unbelievably rude, especially a woman named Jen (wouldn’t give her full name when I asked). Never experienced rudeness like this before and for what? I bought $800 paid of glasses and my son ordered his contacts, I was busy at work so couldn’t pick them up earlier. RecommendedLove everyone at Ridgedale Family Eye Care! Always very nice, courteous and helpful. During this time of COVID the office staff took every precaution and the office was very clean. Dr. Fructman is great, treats you like an old friend and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend this practice!!

They were terrific! Dr was thorough and so nice Liz who set me up with my glasses was so helpful and efficient They are the best
They were able to take me in an emergency with an issue I had with my eye. Happy with the service and the whole experience I had. Definitely recommend anyone to go here for their eye care as this place was super friendly and they showed they cared.
Very efficient and knowledgeable Dr Rachel Beneski was very attentive and kind to my 92 year old mother in law!
