Safe, well-maintained senior community apartments (62+). Beautiful setting nestled in nature bordered by a park. Susan is an “administrator extraordinaire”. A true gem—Sue is professional, friendly, helpful, responsive and *very* good at her job. Caroline, building caretaker who works along side Sue, also goes out of her way to ensure things run seamlessly throughout the three building complex. A few days ago I posted an unsatisfactory review for Ridgedale detailing several problems with the property and management. However this morning I received a phone call from Amy Balthazor who informed me she hadn't received my attempts to contact her regarding the complaints. After speaking with Amy for less than 30 minutes she impressed me with her exceptional management skills by resolving each problem satisfactorily! 👍😀 Kudos to Amy at Ridgedale Apartments!
It was the most horrible experience that I have ever had find my Facebook page and look at the video I posted for their emergency exit it is a door with a cement slab and then a grass hill no railings no walkway no nothing and during the winter when it snows there's not even a path from the drive up to the building so these people who are in Walkers with wheelchairs and using Walkers or canes have to try and walk through knee deep snow down a grass hill and snow covered to the parking lot at the emergency exit that's what th... read more
