Started with a small leak above the kitchen and figured I'd get a couple opinions before committing to anything. DRC was one of three roofers in the Lake Zurich area I reached out to, and they were the only ones who actually explained what was likely causing it instead of jumping straight to a full replacement quote. Turned out to be a flashing issue, not the whole roof. They fixed it in a few hours about a week after the estimate. No leak since, even through the spring storms.:):):)

Roof replacement went smooth, crew was fast and didn't leave a mess. Price was what they quoted, no surprises. Had one small concern about a ridge cap a few weeks later and they came back and took care of it no charge. Good roofing contractors, would use again.
i was nervous about picking a roofer but the communication from rged was great from start to finish. they walked me through the insurance claim and explained every step of the roof replacement. the guys were friendly and answered all my annoying questions without any issues.
Our old roof was starting to sag in one spot and we know it needed a total overhaul RGED gave us a fair quote and stayed on budget. They found some rotted wood underneath and replaced it without making a huge ordeal. The house looks brand new now it feels much more secure
