Yes, there are amenities and were definitely on the pro side of the list when making the decision to live there. But does it count if the amenities are so restricted they cannot be enjoyed? The pool was inoperative the 2025 season. The common area for socializing is only open when the resident manger is in the office. Get in there before the manager leaves at noon and you can stay as long as you want in exchange for taking responsibility for securing the area. I've lived here since 2015. These apartments have gone downhill so much in the last few years. Doesn't seem like the same place at all. Too many issues to mention. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
My Mom has lived at Ridgecrest Senior Apartments for over two years. She’s been very happy there. All the amenities that she needs and more that she doesn’t use. There is a pool, BBQ area, community garden beds as well as a fitness center, Recreation room. The apartments all have washer and dryer hookups in them but, there is also on-site laundry facilities for those who don’t have their own.
