미국여행중 딸아이가 얼굴을 다쳤는데, 다른병원에서 치료받았었고, 이곳은 얼굴에 실을 제거해야해서 방문했습니다. 영어를 잘못해서 걱정했는데 한국어로 소통이 가능하신분계셔서 너무 행운이었습니다. 나중에 한국에 여행온다면 만날수있으면 좋겠어요. 친절하신 다른 직원분들도 감사합니다. 남은여행기간동안 미국에서 즐거운 시간 보낼수 있게 되었습니다. :)
I went to urgent care and I didn’t have too long a wait. The employees were friendly, introduced themselves; they were polite and caring. Listened to me and cared for me. The dr.asked questions, listened and did what needed to be done. I’m very happy with RRH Urgent Care, will go back every time and will refer others!
They were very professional.it was a good visit.
The WORST experience I have EVER had with medical care. The so called “practitioner” came in the room for less than a minute (literally). Did not touch me, or even look at me. Said “oh your hand probably has a torn ligaments. I’ll send some ibuprofen to your pharmacy”. Then she walked out of the room and didn’t return. I can’t believe I paid money to have someone make assumptions instead of a diagnosis. I filed a complaint with the state medical board.
