I had an umbilical hernia repair. Everyone was great. I checked out their stats before making an appointment. They have the lowest infection rate. That's something most people never think about. It was easy to schedule and the doctor went over everything with me. He took his time to be sure I understood every step of the process. The surgery staff were very nice. I felt very safe.
Well, I recently went to the urgent care. The services rendered were in no way shape or form hospitable or personalized. Evidently they only check you out and send you to a doctor. If the doctor was here 5 days a week, you could shut this down and add another office for one or more doctors. The treatment would be better. Second, when coming in for xrays, don't bother acknowledging the front desk. They had me wait there so they could notify the dept I was here.
