Staff was very helpful and they went out of their way to please me. I couldn't have asked for better treatment.
Everyone is marvelous, I recieved great care and awesome treatment. I love playing cards with my group of friends here at ridgecrest.
I was able to decorate my wheel chair for the in house Christmas parade and and I came in 1st place.
Staff was respectful and courteous, facility was clean and pain meds were on time. Everyone was 100%

I read these reviews and thought omg when my mother went here from the hospital. She had previously been in Lake Mary Rehab, and it was the worst place I could imagine. I figured that I would have her here just long enough to find a bed someplace else. What I found was a place that was caring and engaged with my mothers care. She has many health problems, dementia being one of them. She would sometimes be paranoid, or afraid. The staff would regularly just sit with her and talk to her, often holding her hand. Disgusting! Gave my loved one someone else's meds! Wouldn't take my dog there! Should not be in business!! Disgusting business!
They're very rude people. not friendly at all.
