No stars is what I will give this hole. Lived her two years just rewed lease again. Then they lower rent not even a month after I just renewed my lease. Messed up the new people get to pay 425. But ones that lived here for years have to pay 525 in till our lease comes back around to be renewed. Ya you are a messed up place. Great going

My apartment was great looking and I was a good renter, always paid rent on time!!! But the ppm that rents these apartments out after bankruptcy is a deal to work with, they don't like to fix things like the water that was leaking in my main bathroom ceiling light fixture or I had no heat in 2 of the bedrooms. I am a disabled veteran and I speak the truth. When I finally decided to move out I put my 30 days in and cleaned apartment up like it was new like when I moved in. I have lived here for 4 years and have watched the place go downhill and now back uphill. The new management company and manager really seem like they are trying to do their best to get good responsible people in here. Great place for my children and I.
This place is really nice. The apartments are big and the property is well maintained. The rent is really affordable too which is great. My family is very happy here. I would recommend Ridgecrest.
I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone I knew! They are very affordable lots of extras that you wouldn't find at other apartments, (rent is low, we can afford living and getting ahead here. My husband and I have 4 kids we have lived several places in the area, we feel at home here my kids feel safe and at home as well.
