yes i have heard something about some of the apartments at ridgecrest in arkadelphia ark, about a roach problem, and also i have heard someone complaine about some rough looks peoplestanding outside of our apartments at night we have call ed the poice on them, and we call the police on a man sounded like he was hitting his wife this should not be tolerated
