This is the worst apartment complex probably in the whole Ridgecrest. They never fix problems you have we’ve been asking for our toilet to be fixed since LAST October the “maintenance” guy keeps lying and saying it’s good the toilet proceeded to not work after he “fixed” it while he was standing right there. The A/C is not the best in any unit people from different units agree on that. They only raise rent on certain people (which should be illegal) all the appliances are outdated. THE LAND LORD IS RUDE AND A LIAR !SHE LIES ABOUT NOT HAVING ANY UNITS AVAILABLE
Pros: -Cheap rent, you get what you pay for -Nice landlords Cons: -Landlords out of town for 3-4 days a week therefore they are unresponsive for urgent problems (A/C broken for 5 full days in the summertime, broken window for 3 full months after earthquake) -Extremely filthy complex, lots of smokers and cigarette butts and broken glass bottles everywhere -Cracked and potholed parking lot -When I moved in my apartment was filthy and I had to spend hours cleaning it myself with my uhaul truck parked out front.
