STAY AWAY!!! – CONTINUED FROM PREVIOUS REVIEW: Other issues: The parking lot is destroyed with potholes all over the place. If we turn on more than 3 things at once, for example, our computer, TV, and microwave, we throw a breaker every time. The community has 2 water heaters, on our side on the complex, the water heater unit goes out at least once a month, with our side having no hot water at any given time. STAY AWAY!!! – We have lived in the Ridgecrest Apartments for over 2 years. I have almost nothing good to say about this property, their management company, or it's staff. OK, to start with more specifics, we had a vehicle stolen from the parking lot right in front of out apt, which could happen anywhere, but the Manager at the time, and I stress at the time with more on that later, did not want to alert the property's residents about a car being stolen in the middle of the day in broad daylight.
