We have lived here about a year now and everything is still great! We had to have our water heater replaced recently; Christhian, the maintenance tech ordered a new one immediately and did an amazing job installing it. Thank you, Christhian, for everything you do to keep the property looking nice and for always being so accommodating when something needs repair. We love living here!

I been living in Ridgecrest Apartments for the past 2 years. I have to say is one if the best properties I have lived in. Love the quiet environment and how clean the maintenance guy Cristhian keeps it. I always see him cleaning the property. As a maintenace person I have to say he is an excellent worker, very professional. Thank you Cristhian for being a great professional with the residents. I am very happy over all with the management and maintenance of the property.
Love the property, low noise levels and management is very responsive. Also like that the apartments are pretty much up to date and location is secluded from the highway and other high traffic areas. All of my neighbors has been friendly and know each other by name which makes it feel like a true community. Could not bee more pleased. Landscape is maintained better than other properties in the area and have never seen any sign of trash or imperfections.
Such a nice place to live! The property is kept super clean, the Maintenance tech is always on top of everything and the manager, Danielle is friendly, professional & made our move in seamless from beginning to end. We have a spacious, modern apartment with some pretty amazing views & I’m so happy to call this place home!
