Living here at Ridgebrook has been a great experience. They keep the buildings and pool clean and the lawn mowed! I was happy to establish a relationship with the Property Manager Christine. I would rent here again if I come back to the area.
I wanted to wait a bit just to be fair before giving my review. Safety and consideration for all is obsolete. It's more of pray you don't get harmed by the teens breaking in the building and the parents that aren't watching their children that runs, screams and plays in the hallway for hours. Meanwhile you see the huge yard and playground where other kids are enjoying themselves. Been here since December, this is the third time the door has been altered and no longer providing safety. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Entire property is infested with mice! One crawled in my bed while I was in it. I left at night and am putting in my notice! The managers don’t care and are never in the office. This property needs to be condemned! If you are a current tenant report them to the city and file a claim with Homeline! Disgusting!
