I just moved in and Christine bent over backwards to get ne the unit of my choice and the amenities I needed. Would recommend
I just want to thank all of the brave tenants who spoke up about their infested apartments. They are actively on Facebook trying to rent out to people instead of fixing their foundation. Thank you for saving me and my son from having to endure filth. People spend their hard earned money and that should be respected. RIDGEBROOK….I truly expected better from you guys. But After about a year of being here, I’m not sure why I did. I’ve been here since October 2025, not ONCE has my heat worked, nor my dishwasher. My AC went out the beginning of summer 2026 and I STILL haven’t heard back from management after putting in MULTIPLE requests. New mánager Christine was fabulosos. We moved in and received all of the amenities!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! Entire property is infested with mice! One crawled in my bed while I was in it. I left at night and am putting in my notice! The managers don’t care and are never in the office. This property needs to be condemned! If you are a current tenant report them to the city and file a claim with Homeline! Disgusting! Update: Do not believe this paid positive reviews in the past few weeks. Stay away!
