I've used Mr. Wayte & Mr. Ihli twice now. They did a great job on both houses for fair prices. I just wanted a basic refinish in my old house that turned out excellent. For my new house, I wanted some nicer flooring installed. I trusted their judgment. They made some beautiful walnut & cherry inlays!
RBI gave me a significantly lower estimate for refinishing my hardwood floors than any other company. They did a good job in that the overall look was beautiful, and we had a ton of nails in the floor that they were able to pull up and make the holes disappear. However, other details were not handled so well - for example, in one or two places there was a piece of carpet yarn stuck between the floor and the baseboard, and RBI simply painted right over it.
