William.D came out to do a repair on my garage door he fixed it for me and was very good priced and even offered to give my money back if it did not hold and to take $250 off the new door when I want him to do that. he was very friendly and courtesy did a great job got it done in under 30 min witch was impressive. Bill was knowledgeable, friendly, and just great. Totally happy with the whole experience. He came out at 9:30 pm to fix a broken spring, then subsequently to replace the motor and unit. Totally easy to work with, very friendly, and accomodating. I highly recommend and will use him again if needed. ????????????

My garage door got frozen to the ground last winter and the arm that pulls it up ripped part way off. I fixed it, but it finally broke and bent the garage door last week. Bill came over within a hour with a bid that was $300 less than the big garage door company that I had on the phone. He had to order the door that I wanted, and installed it in 3 hrs. Also warrantied all his work for lifetime. He's now in my phone contacts for future work or referrals. Great work!
