This place is absolutely disgusting!!! How awful that they would send anyone to be here for 5 minutes. blood on the floor, chairs, door knobs. patients urinating and no one to clean it up. patients wandering the halls, in and out of other patients rooms. it is not clean, or safe for anyone. Do your loved one a favor....take them home before you put them here!!! I don't want to even give this a 1 star rating - it should be in the negative!!

Dirty, over crowded, gross food, lack of proper staffing, lack of attention to patients. Social worker gave us terrible direction (basically none) which led to a (disputed) unpaid bill after insurance ran out. They then hired a sleazy law firm to terrorize my father who has dementia and a number of other physical problems. They are fully aware he has no funds to pay and their own incompetence and lack of communication caused the whole problem. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Does this provider treat their staff well? I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

A horrible, filthy, recklessly managed facility. Hopefully the current class action lawsuit against this organization will prevent them from hurting anyone else. Shameful.

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy
