Lived at this unit for a year and they recently got bought out by another company (Hudson Residential). The transition is more of a hassle than anything. Haven't had maintenance fulfil any of my requests since the transition. When you try to call the property management team you never get an answer. Leave a voicemail and it never gets attended to. It's OK at best. Walls are paper thin and most tenants, at least in our building, slam doors constantly. Dumpster area always has furniture around from tenants that move out which the dumpster clearly states you may be evicted if this type of property is left there. The "renovated" unit is newer flooring, painted cabinets, and paint which is horribly done. Baseboard heat is terrible and our electric bill SKYROCKETED when using so very expensive. This apartment sucks. 1,300 for two bedroom, one bathroom. It took six months to fix a cabinet and it still not fix. The washer don’t rinse. The air conditioning has mold and all my food that’s not refrigerated goes bad within three days. The heater wall system sucks. The dishwasher licks probably mold on it too. We don’t have access to our mail bc They want us to pay for it . This apartment sucks. It sucks I can keep going and going. But it’s bad enough
BEWARE!!!!!! DO NOT MOVE INTO RIDGEVIEW!!! WORST APARTMENTS IN FORTVILLE!!! Absolutely Terrible experience and we have only been here for 2.5 months!
