Rent is too expensive when you first move in you think these are high-end apartments after moving in you realize that they are far from it they changed the rules as they seem fit and then charge you for fees for things they make up do not move here please look elsewhere. They are trying to make it a smoke free property with all the rent I pay who are they to tell me or anyone else they can't smoke outside your porch also cant have a grill outside because of fire hazard but you can store it in the apt building in storage spac... read more
I rented back around the 2012 time. I believe we stayed 4 years. I loved it. Nice 2 bedroom and friendly staff. I’m currently looking to move again and I would go back if I could afford it. Too bad the market is insane with rent prices.
Overall decent experience living there, its gone down hill since I moved in and after I moved out. They have attempted to make exterior improvements to the property but the demographic renting here seems to be going down. The rent also seems too high for what is is but that a common theme today with rent. Warning, they will try and keep as much of your security deposit as possible so be prepared to put in maintenance request early and be detailed and clean before move out.
