Overall decent experience living there, its gone down hill since I moved in and after I moved out. They have attempted to make exterior improvements to the property but the demographic renting here seems to be going down. The rent also seems too high for what is is but that a common theme today with rent. Warning, they will try and keep as much of your security deposit as possible so be prepared to put in maintenance request early and be detailed and clean before move out.
I enjoyed my stay here at Ridge View. If I can give them 10 stars I will. One of the best places I’ve rented from in Wisconsin. Me & my daughter will miss them. It’s Very clean & Quiet area. The staff in the office is so amazing. The turn around with my app was only 2 days. The unit was ready cleaned and prepared beautifully for me and my daughter. Way overpriced for the quality. Hallways always stink and fire alarms go off frequently. Staff are overall nice and friendly, maintenance requests get completed quickly.
