Horrible complex. Management doesn't care. I've complained about my air not working for weeks and its 90 degrees in my apartment right now. First maintenance said coils needed to be clean then they said the unit was old so we should close some vents now they are telling us it will get cool when the Sun goes down. It's just ridiculous. The whole building smells like weed way to often. Mind you We have balconies. Smoke your weed on the balcony. Horeible property management!

Recommendedsmall property they work hard to keep it clean and the staff even though there is only a few people they will do whatever they can for you. it's funny 2 or 3 bad people will spend an hour to complain but out of the almost 300 units. 295 people are just happy and not saying anything. so just remember when you see those complaints there are so many others just fine. Do yourself a favor and do not move here. There is a lack of professionalism, a lack of customer service, and a lack of ownership. Not only have a had issues with the community charging me for days after I moved out. My furniture was damaged due to mice. The community is mice infected. I was moved on the other half of the complex and within the 3 days of being in the new unit on the top floor, there were mice. I have contacted not only local management but corporate and my concerns and issues are being ignored. Save yourself... read more
Cannot wait until we move . Property manager , maintenance , and everyone in the leasing office are so rude and they need to be fired. I highly suggest getting new staff. Maintenance lies about coming in to fix things. They have horrible BUG problems .. I could be writing for days. Counting down for my lease to be up
