These guys are absolutely amazing! I have several cabins in the area, and they are the only ones I use for my HVAC work. They have installed several HVAC and dehumidifier units for me and always do excellent work. They can typically get you on the same day for service issues and even have after-hours emergency service. Last night I had a unit shut down and of course guests were screaming at me. I had an excellent experience with Ridge Valley Heat & Air. My AC was having trouble cooling the house, and Garrett went above and beyond by coming out around 11 PM to help us. He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor and motor the same night. The service was fast, professional, and honest. Garrett was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I can’t say enough good things about Matt and Garrett at Ridge Valley Heat & Air. I had a challenging humidity issue in a cabin with an indoor pool, and they diagnosed and fixed it correctly—no guesswork, no shortcuts. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was dialed in properly. The system is now performing exactly as it should. If you’re dealing with anything beyond a basic HVAC issue, these are the people you want. Highly recommend.
