In my book, I can tell the iNTREGRITY of a company by the work they do and the team members that work for them. I live in Florida and own an HVAC company in Orlando. My elderly Parents live in servierville. They called Ridge Valley Heat & Air because they thought they had a problem. Ridge Valley was out in a couple hours on a Saturday which was fast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ridge Valley Heat & Air is hands-down the best HVAC company around. They uninstalled my old unit and installed a brand-new one plus a new Wi-Fi thermostat — all in under six hours… in the rain. That kind of dedication is rare these days. Fantastic experience! They were able to get us in next day for our leaking mini split. The tech did a great job and truly went above and beyond to get us fixed up! The issue was resolved and we have had no further issues! Any future air or heating needs we will go with Ridge Valley!

13 years ago, Ridge Valley Heat & Air installed an Amana split system at our rental cabin. We’ve had pretty good luck with it but decided it was time to update it before we had issues. Brandon, Britton and Zach were great installers. In a 5 hour window between guests they removed/installed the HVAC system for both floors and left everything very tidy—15 minutes before the guests arrived. My hat’s off to them—it wasn’t an easy job in 95 degree heat and high humidity. Thank you for a job well done.

Called Ridge Valley because our AC quit working. They were highly recommended by a coworker. Technician was sent out next morning. Was expecting the worst, but Joey got our AC running again! Customer service was great and price was fair. Thank you all for being honest, and not just trying to sell us a new unit!
