They sold a unit that was the most expensive but was not the correct size for my property. We asked that they just fix the problem and we were told that that we needed to replace the new system with no credits given.

No way u want to go with this company. We bought a cabin that ridge valley put a Mitsubishi AC in there he charged the owner $17,969 and there was no way it could handle the heat we froze our Thermostat didn’t get above 55° and below degree winter. I talked to every AC company and they said that the equipment was too small. So I called the owner of Ridge Valley. He said you just need to replace it. I really can’t put into words how much I recommend this company. It’s so incredibly difficult to find a good contractor in any trade. I read the reviews on a lot of companies and all seemed pretty good. But something lead me to call Ridge Valley and I am so grateful that I did. Incredibly professional, from the first person who picked up the phone to the guys that installed my new unit. In my book, I can tell the iNTREGRITY of a company by the work they do and the team members that work for them. I live in Florida and own an HVAC company in Orlando. My elderly Parents live in servierville. They called Ridge Valley Heat & Air because they thought they had a problem. Ridge Valley was out in a couple hours on a Saturday which was fast.
