Gangster filled! Broken speed bumps ! Electrical issue! Non English maintenance! Dirty pool! Condom in the park! Save your money an move else where! RUNNNNNN!!
This neighbourhood is disgusting ratchet and does nothing to the play ground they have nails poking out from there slides and somebody kid got cut on the big orange slide. They don’t even have swings for crying out loud nor bench’s it’s just a missable play ground.
Currently staying here as a college student. This property was bought by the most unprofessional and rude individuals I have ever experienced! They’ve come in and dictated their changes with no regards for the previous residences before. They have change the day rent is due (from the 5th to the 3rd of each month). If you’re late, they file for eviction 3 days later. Yet MY LEASE states anything filed, will be on the 15th of each month.
