The Ridge RTC is a nice facility in a peaceful country area of NH. The staff is excellent and maintained very good communication. However, there were two violent incidents during our son’s stay, which involved fighting between two male patients. Although staff was present, they were not able to prevent or break up the fights immediately. Overall, The Ridge helped our son during his 30-day stay.
Great program and great clinical team. Would highly recommend this to families that are struggling.
Our son was at The Ridge for over 20 days. We wanted him to stay longer but being 20 years old it was difficult to keep him there longer and to fully accept the help. The help he did get was more than we could've imagined. We were so happy with The Ridge and are thrilled we chose it. The care he got was amazing. The Ridge was the 2nd go round with a RTC for us. The first one was a complete nightmare! We were so nervous to have to do this again! Fortunately, our daughter's experience at The Ridge was FABULOUS! She, and we, felt so seen and supported! We were immediately assigned a family therapist who also worked one on one with our daughter. She was incredible!
