My family member went through the program here and I can honestly say it changed everything for us. As someone who was terrified going into this whole process, the staff put my mind at ease pretty quickly. They were warm, communicative, and clearly knew what they were doing. We finally felt like we had real support behind us. So grateful we found this place. It made a huge difference for our whole family.
The Ridge RTC is a nice facility in a peaceful country area of NH. The staff is excellent and maintained very good communication. However, there were two violent incidents during our son’s stay, which involved fighting between two male patients. Although staff was present, they were not able to prevent or break up the fights immediately. Overall, The Ridge helped our son during his 30-day stay.
Great program and great clinical team. Would highly recommend this to families that are struggling.
