I was there for a week and a half before I got banned for an unfair reason. The doctor there put me onto a prn told me I never took it before I forgot but I had it makes me aggressive. My mom told them to tell me it makes me aggressive but they didn’t they lied and said my mom wanted me on it when she was a bit unsure and it was the doctors idea. I've known Rudy Novak for many years, and I honestly can't say enough good things about him or everyone at The Ridge. Over that time, there have been more occasions than I can count where a close friend or family member was in a really dark place with addiction, mentl health issues, or both. Every single time, Rudy made himself available. It never felt like we were just another phone call. Navigating such a tough and emotional time for our family was overwhelming, but finding The Ridge made all the difference. This team is amazing, I got meet some of the therapists including the Clinical Program Director, Erica and you can tell her and the team care deeply about the work they’re doing on a daily basis.
