The ridge helped me in ways I can’t explain even though I was a “trouble maker” Linda my therapist always never gave up ❤️ I do not remember half my stay becuase of my concussion I do remember how the staff cared it did not matter if you were different in any sort of way,you were treated like a normally human being who just needed a extra kick at life.The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars is because the doctor ypu would see once a week he really messed up my medication becuase he doesn’t believe thst kids can have bipolar ... read more
This is a sister program of the Ridge RTC Farmhouse, and it’s all just rebranded Ironwood trash. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE! It will destroy them emotionally, forever. I was imprisoned at the sister program in Morrill almost two decades ago and as a good parent I would never do this to my child, no matter what. The Ridge Lakehouse was wonderful to our teenage son during a very desperate and difficult time. Once he arrived there, my husband and I could finally breathe again. They kept him safe while helping to work through a lot of trauma that he experienced early in life. Angela was a godsend and very real in a realm where lots of people sugarcoat things.
