After nearly a year of fighting Allstate’s shady tactics, Ridge Roofing was a total game-changer. Jordan and the team took over the nightmare insurance process, handled everything with professionalism, and got me the fair settlement Allstate tried to avoid. Jordan really put the extra work in to get us the replacement roof we deserved. The roof replacement was quick, clean, and top-quality. Can’t recommend Ridge Roofing enough—especially if your insurance company is giving you the runaround!

Since Helene we have gone back and forth with our insurance company that just didn’t want to accept our claim. While we went back and forth Jordan and company did a full estimate, meet with the adjuster and engineer from the insurance company, provided documentation to support the claim, and even helped with wording for some of the rebuttal submissions.
