After an unpleasant experience with another roofer who distorted the extent of damages to our roof, I turned to Ridge Roofing. Characteristics: honest, responsive, solution-oriented, and friendly. I ended up saving thousands of dollars from another estimate, and they even refunded (unprompted) money when the repairs could be made with an inventive solution.
Positive experience with work crew and Adam was very helpful in handling job details. Negative is the job was finished by 2 pm on the 19th Thursday, but dumpster is still sitting in and blocking my driveway as of Saturday the 21st pm.
Had our roof replaced (18 yrs old) by Ridge Roofing. Very happy with results. Crew is hard-working and fast. Installation and repairs went well. Crew cleans up after every days work. Crew lead easy to communicate with. Recommend Ridge Roofing for roof installation, replacement and repairs.
