Melissa was exactly what I needed to find a house in my comfort zone. I appreciated her quiet confidence and very helpful suggestions. My medical problems did not bother her nor did she pretend that they did not exist, quietly adjusted events to my comfort zone. I met Melissa three years ago when I had finished renovating my condo and was unsure whether to continue holding or selling it. I contacted her and she provided me with a very professional analysis.
