This management company has shown gross negligence in maintaining my rental property. They failed to report ongoing issues that led to severe oxidation of fixtures, mold, persistent roach infestations, and evidence of mice in the unit. These are not minor inconveniences — they are serious health and safety hazards that any responsible management company should address promptly. Their lack of acknowledgment and disregard for tenant well-being is unacceptable. I cannot recommend trusting them with your home or investment.

Do not use this office unless you want to loose money. We put a contract on a home through an agent from this office. She found the home through another agent in the same office. After many months and loosing thousands of dollars we were forced to cancel the contract because the house failed inspection and the so called contractor that was flipping the home refused to pay to fix the roof and anything else.
