I've had multiple issues with the Ridge Pro roof install on my house. While I have the GAF golden pledge warranty that supposedly has a 25 year warranty for workmanship, there are a lot of exclusions. There was a leak in the garage ceiling, caulking was applied by Ridge Pro, but they left my ceiling with water damage. There was leaks into the bathroom ceiling, it took somewhere around a year of calling before it was fixed. Replaced roof with warranty now it's having issues and of course no phone number works now.

Currently being sued
Stay far away... They did a full install and now after 2 years the roof has major issues. They do not respond (Might be out of business)
