The sales staff are wonderful people. My concern is the quality of materials used in construction. I’ve had my one year inspection done but of course there are still nails and drywall issues that continue to deteriorate and cracks everywhere that continue to happen.
The team at DR Horton, especially the representative/agent at the Ridge Pointe Community location, has been wonderful to work with. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is clearly evident.
