I have lived here for a year and a half now and I wouldn’t recommend living here at all. The renovations are nice but the management is HORRIBLE. I have been complaining about a leak coming from my floor in my daughters room since I moved in and management has done NOTHING! They sent maintenance (which they are lazy) and they sealed up my window instead and it’s coming from the floor! 🥴 It rained again this past week and they sent someone out to clean up the water for CARPET and I have wooden floors! #RSP in KC is the PLACE to be!Beautifully renovated 1 & 2 bedroom apartment homes plus huge 3 bedroom Townhomes! Lots of great amenities and a SUPER-HELPFUL staff to find you the perfect home! You have to come see for yourself!
I have lived here for over five years and have seen changes for the best. I was confident that with the new management great changes would occur which has. However, recently I put in a request to transfer to a two bedroom remodeled apartment because I am expecting a child soon. Since my lease was not up it was cheaper to transfer apartments than completely move out of the complex for the time being. This experience has been horrible. I'm very satisfied with my apartment....
Me my husband and my son have been staying here since June we love the atmosphere the people are very friendly the workers are very helpful we have a 2 bed 1 bath both bed rooms are very spacious with walk in closets and so is the bathroom we love the brand new hard wood floors in the kitchen dinning and bathroom and the brand new carpet throughout the house as a whole I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking to be in a quiet neighborhood with affordable rent
I have moved here from another state and it could not have been an easier transition. I have enjoyed the area and love the remodeled town home! We could not have been more blessed in this journey. Everyone has been so sweet and welcoming to us! Our dog even loves his new place! I appreciate how helpful and sweet the office staff is also! Very good move for us!
I enjoy this place. The town house are awesome and great remodeling. The staff are great and always there to help you when you need it. Thank you for all the effort. I do love the place
Do you always throw people out and give them 7 days to find a place with a newborn baby and a toddler.. I've heard some horrible things about this new management there and that's a shame that you treat people this way. I hear there's a lot of prejudice in that office as well too bad so sad good luck with your new adventure people but I would really think twice about living there and I probably live better than you do you old lady
