Great place to live! The location is close to Carroll and it is nice and quiet here for studying. I can walk downtown and to the farmers market. I highly recommend it here if you are look for a nice place, good management and quick maintenance service.
I lived at this complex for one year, and it was my favorite place that I have lived!! Management is caring and responsive, the apartment is clean safe, and the added storage spaces are secure! I really enjoyed my time here, I’ve always lived in Waukesha but it was SO NICE being just a block or two away from downtown Waukesha. Great place to live! Very quiet and clean building. Other tenants are respectful, and property management is always quick to respond with any problems. We didn’t have any issues while living here! I loved being walk distance from downtown.
Very clean, very nice place to live. Property management is amazing and gets back to you with any concerns very quick. They go above and beyond constantly. Building is in a great location, walking distance from everything. Felt very safe while living here.
Great place to live. Can’t wait until summer to enjoy the farmers market and the downtown Waukesha festivities. I love being walking distance away from everything! Great neighbors and a very quiet building that also allows me to study. Highly recommend.
