This place is well run. Management very responsive, off-street parking with private stall strictly enforced. 1st floor apartment very quiet. Clean inside hallways and outside parking lot. Lease break very easy and professional. As an adult who relocated to MKE for employment, this was a hassle-free experience. Management responds within minutes, rather than days. 5 stars.
This is a great place to live! It’s so close to downtown, but that right in the middle. I walk to the farmers market and often with friends downtown to eat. When I have had a maintenance request it was fixed the next day. Kirsten manages the property and she is very responsive and kind. The building is quiet and the other people that live here are very nice.
I love living here! It is quiet, clean and my own little space of my own. The manager is attentive and available anytime I have questions and handles everything right away. The one maintenance issue I had they were out the next day and fixed it. I am close to downtown and can’t wait for the farmers market to start up again! I highly recommend Ridge Pointe if you are looking for a nice place to call home.
Ridge Pointe is my little quiet place. It’s always clean and the people are nice. The snow plowing is great too, they are here a lot when it’s snowing. (I was a little worried because of the hill) Our property manager Kirsten is always responsive and keeps us up to date with anything we need to know. I definitely recommend Ridge Pointe as a great place to live!
Kirsten runs a fantastic property. She is professional, highly responsive, and keeps everything running smoothly. Dealing with her has been an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend!
