Very clean, very nice place to live. Property management is amazing and gets back to you with any concerns very quick. They go above and beyond constantly. Building is in a great location, walking distance from everything. Felt very safe while living here.
Great place to live. Can’t wait until summer to enjoy the farmers market and the downtown Waukesha festivities. I love being walking distance away from everything! Great neighbors and a very quiet building that also allows me to study. Highly recommend.
perfect location and great price. Being a student I needed something affordable and quiet and I have this here. The building is always clean and the people are nice. I feel it’s close enough to downtown to walk there but far enough away that it isn’t in the middle of everything.
Great place to live being so close to downtown Waukesha. The building is always clean and surprisingly very quiet. I love the off street parking, the gym room, and the laundry rooms in the building. From the location to the amenities, this is a great place to live!
I forget that I even have neighbors.
