This a pleasant community in a very safe, central, location within walking distance to parks, stores and museums. However, the maintenance costs went through the roof.

The Ridge Park HOA is governed by an executive board. For the past two years the NEW board has completely changed the toxic environment at Ridge Park by being completely transparent and fair in following the governing documents. Thankfully two years ago the entire board (2017-2021) was voted out and the ex-president of the board sold his units and moved on. Maintenance is back on schedule and the pool is ready to go this summer! Kudos to the current board.
