i wouldnt recomend this apartment complex to anyone they dont do credit checks and i know this because i lived their i am 19 and have no credit the neighbors are nosey and always have some thing to complain about and are cliquey i only have one good thng to sayabout ridge oaks and that is that the cleaning lady is the nicest person their and they will alwys find a way to nickle and dime you out of your money when i moved in the bathtub was stained orange around the drain and they didnt d anything about it the garbage disposa... read more

they let anyone live here they dont do background checks and dont require everyone to be on the lease
I have lived at Ridge Oaks for two years now and I have nothing good to say about this complex. The management was poor before and after the regime change. They have poor communications with their tenants. The apartments are out of date with poor quality appliances. The maintenance guys are very slow responding. The only quality I see in this complex is the people that are being taken advantage of by this horribly ran company.

I am a single person and looked around a lot before finding Ridge Oaks. The management staff is wonderful and they have treated me with nothing less than respect. My apartment is very quiet & my apartment is in good condition. For the money it has been a good choice for me. I have also received a bonus for referring my friend!
I cannot say enough good things about Ridge Oaks. It is not longer with IMM Mngt so things have changed in a good way. I have seen a new pool put in this year and they are putting a new roof on. I think that no matter where you live there will always be a bad apple but you dont see many places that have people who have been there for 15 - 20 years. I say if you were not happy than maybe there was more to the story. Ridge Oaks is a place I would go again.

Ridge Oaks got a new manager this year and shes doing a great job. I know for a fact that criminal, credit and rental background checks are being done before move-in because I saw the paperwork. I love it at Ridge Oaks and the price is great for what you get...and its very quiet - not like other newer buildings. The walls are concrete so the sound around you is like living in your own duplex or something.
