Don't employ lazy unqualified people to help your customers. You lose business when you have rude customer service representatives that are unwilling to help or assist a customer with their requests properly. Do not have cheap parts for my vehicle and they are more expensive at the store than at AutoZone I ended up buying my parts for my car which was just rear wheel bearing from O'Reilly's cuz they always seem to have everything when you need it and not for top-notch price
Dropped my heads of on Wed. For a valve job and resurfacing. Got a call today fri. Morning that they were done. Did a perfect job! Everything was done perfectly and look brand new! Definitely recommend and will be back for any future work.
