Wow Jacob M. sounds like someone has sour grapes. Could it be that you were the problem? Could it be that the female manager refused to accept your come ons and told you were to shove it? Personally I think they do a wonderful job and have for the past 10 + years. They are kind, courteous , well informed, helpful and smart. Plus they keep the facility in top condition.
