Doctor Cessana is the best doctor I've ever had, hands down. I've been a patient there for over 15 years. However, over the last 12 months the way the office runs has deteriorated to the point where it has become completely unworkable except for the most routine care. This makes me sad, because she really is a wonderful doctor - if I can manage to get to see her - but the associated headaches and frustrations make it impossible to depend on receiving care when I need it.
