Dr. Nehalani and his wife have both treated my grandparents like they’re inconveniencing him, his wife, and the rest of the staff. My grandfather‘s main way of getting around is in a wheelchair. (He is paralyzed) Well, Dr. Nehalanis wife told my grandfather that he was really inconveniencing them when he asked for a new wheelchair. The one he currently has is 10 years old and barely rolls. I am highly upset with the doctor’s office and the staff.

Dr Nihalani seems nice enough but the office staff have been so difficult for me to work with that I won’t be returning.

I have not had a good experience at this doctors office. Dr Nihalani is very pleasant but his staff are incompetent. I had to cal back 4 times to get my prescription called to the right location. I was able to call today and get a phone visit which was great, but I have cold symptoms and struggling to even get out of my bed. When I got to Walmart right before they were closing again the same issue. No antibiotic or cough medication called on as promised by the covering doctor. He has helped me with so many issues. He stuck by me and didn't just pass me off to other doctors. He has emphaty for his patients.
