The nursing staff is great and the office is very organized however Dr. Salcedo is very unprofessional. He does not know how to properly communicate with his patients and is rude when speaking to them. I would not recommend him as a doctor at all.
Was able to be seen via televisit appointment and scripts were sent quickly to pharmacy
These folks stalked my dad and called dozens of times to set up and then reschedule an unnecessary appointment. When we arrived last Monday, not one of the four women behind the glass greeted me or my father or had one courteous word or look to share the entire hour we spent there. After we refused to sign a records release form because it did not have the name of who they would send his private health info to, they became very, very agitated and hostile. Very good experience, Dr. Harchandani has been my doctor for almost twelve years, and I have seen Lin since she has been there. They are both very professional, and I pray that they always take my insurance.
