Lady giving the tour was 20 minutes late, wouldn't answer the phone, and was somehow offended when I asked questions. Seems like pretty hands off management

Management was sub-par towards the end. The original property manager that was present during the signing my lease had marked everything that was pre-existing I.E. missing cutting board and stained carpet within the living room. After documenting, with pictures and writing, I figured all was fine. New manager Denise comes in about 8 months in, and all solutions to concerns are "contact the office." When my dad died, the manager stole some of my dad's property (a train set) and wouldn't give back the security deposit (even though we came every weekend for a month from out of state to move stuff out and clean every inch of the apartment). She stopped answering phone calls and took advantage of me (20yrs) and my sister, who at that time was under age.
