Nasty and infested apartments This place is dirty and patched together!! I lived here and couldn't take it after 6months.. had rodents living in the ceiling and told them numerous times. And showed them the huge holes in the facia and sofet to the roof right above my front window. And did absolutely nothing!!!!!!! Couldn't sleep at night listening to rats and even squirrels living and breeding above in my ceiling... they wood be running around in the walls all night long...ABSOLUTELY GROSS!!!!!!!

Duplex Unit Behind Bee Ridge Apartment Building I've lived as a renter at this location for now 11 years time since August 2004. I reside in a duplex of which my landlord lives across the hall in the other unit. Whenever a maintenance break down occurs I notify him by phone. To say he's a very good landlord is an understatement although his personality his gruff around the edges.
