Low income apartments. Fairly kept up landscaping and property. It is aging and it shows. It is fairly quiet with decent neighbors, for the most part. I'm not sure that they do enough in terms of tenant apartment inspections though. Not often enough and way too far of a heads up. You could be the most sloppy disgusting tenant and pass because once a year you clean up your mess just to live in filth for nearly another year until the next inspection.
