I purchased my mother a floral arrangement from FTD for Mother’s Day and, unfortunately, they were delivered by Ridge Florist. The flowers were NOT what I paid for!! They looked NOTHING like what I ordered online; they resembled a bundle of flowers from your local grocery store/gas station with a cheap pink ribbon added in the attempt to pass off their ridiculous sad ensemble as professional quality. At the bottom left of this website, you will see some pictures. The pink flower arrangement is what I ordered online from FTD and is called the Precious Heart...I had to take a picture of the arrangement from their website. And the other picture, well, that is what was delivered to my mother. No apologizes...nothing, nada, zilch. No quality at all.
