The medical staff are adequate, but the support staff is incompetent and beyond rude. Several times I tried to explain that my vision plan does not give me a card. Support staff asked for my medical insurance card and stated that they would search it that way. I had previously presented this info, but the office staff said they did not keep it, but amazing had my phone number and address on file.
