I would give 0 stars if that was an option. We hired Ridge Down Construction almost a year ago to replace our roof. Getting the inspection, choosing tiles and pricing and the approved permit was done surprisingly quick. But they did not follow instruction given by our insurance and several times the check went back n forth. Since they have received the first payment and told us installation would finally begin, communication has become extremely difficult. I had this company come out and give me an estimate for my roof. I signed the paperwork the day they were here the estimate was amazing and they even had a guy that was going to redo all of my gutters and make them seem less. After signing all the paperwork and waiting for the estimate on the gutters the guy came back about 2 weeks later and told me that he put the measurements of my roof in wrong and it was going to be an extra $6,000. horrible business. The owner of this company stole 8000$ from my father in January and is yet to show his face. Please dont waste your money id burn this place to the ground if i could
