Very quite place to live people are very nice as well
this is the saddest apartment complex i have ever lived in. they are literally slum lords. they do not do thorough inspections when leasing. they will move you into an apartment that is literally deteriorating. all they do is put new paint on the walls. the buildings are outdated and everything is falling apart. they are aware of all the mold and water damage in every building in the complex. every month there is a new issue that has to be fixed. the walls are paper thin. you hear your neighbors every breath & move. they wil... read more
From June 2020-June 2023 the property manager MaryEllen Paul was always very polite, fair, and responsive. Maintenance always did quality work in a timely manner. The rent for a 1 bedroom 1 1/2 bath started at $650/month in 2020 and when I left my rent was $710/month. Fear not, the dilapidated pool isn’t the one you get access to, the ridge apartments across the street has a pool you get access to.
Maryellen and the staff are flexible and wonderful to work with. They really try to meet your needs as best they can and working with them was a great experience.
I’ve been living here for four years mainly because the bedrooms are huge but they don’t fix anything and everything is old and out dated.
