The air system is circulating so much better since we had Ridge Chimney Duct Cleaning over to clean out the ducts and vents for us! We had them recommended to us by our friends and I can see why. They did such a good job and the service details were perfect! Great experience and can’t wait to use them again in the near future
They were fast, extremely professional, and went above and beyond my expectations. They were extremely thorough, including opening up the furnace and cleaning it. They cleaned each vent separately and the dryer vent that was extremely backed up.
They came in an cleaned our chimney, very professional, good job and didn’t make any mess.
They had to reschedule the first appointment due to the technician was ill but they called right away and we found a new time. They came and did a thorough inspection which it turned out the ducts were very clean and didn’t need the service. It was excellent service from start to finish.
Can't begin to tell you how terrific Ridge Chimney Duct Cleaning guys are. Larry was great. He showed up on time and let me know when he was on his way. He did a great job cleaning my chimney and was extremely professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and offered some suggestions. It’s nice to find a company you can count on and has great customer service. Wouldn't think of using anyone else. A+++
