El peor complejo de apartamentos, viví aquí desde el 2023 hasta el 2025 me intentaron robar mi carro pero no pudieron porque era standard pero se que se robaron el carro de un vecino anterior te dicen un precio y luego te terminan cobrando más por pest control, de agua, de alcantarillado tómalo como Un consejo no te mudes aquí hay apartamentos mucho más bonitos y mejores te puedo recomendar Alsbury farms apartments 10/10
since the first week I moved in its been one problem after another rats, roaches cold showers in the morning unexpected charges every month that was not stated on my lease agreement. And my step brother moved in last week and put me as a referral and I have not heard a thing about the discount.
Our experience with Bella Garcia has been extraordinary. She has been extremely helpful in our time. We've been going through a tough time and she has helped us so much. She is very kind and sincere and completely understanding. I recommend living here because they are just all amazing people especially Bella Garcia
Don't trust this place!! This place is straight trash and tries to ruin peoples credit on stuff that is THEIR fault. My parents lived here for 20 plus yrs after my dad and baby brother died they are trying to screw my mom over for damages THEY never fixed. I'm just going to attached the photos have emails as well but the office won't contact us back. She had several falls due to them not fixing floor and ended up in the hospital for not fixing a flashing light outside her door.
The staff at Ridge at Southcross are fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. They truly make sure residents feel taken care of. Great team!
